Purchase, refund, and cancellation policies

This page explains delivery, refunds, cancellations, free trials, and payment security so customers understand the terms before purchase.

What we sell

  • NoticBar is a desktop app for macOS.
  • We offer Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. All prices are shown in USD.

Digital delivery

  • This is a digital software product and no physical shipping is involved.
  • After successful payment, the related account purchase state is updated so download or restore access can be provided.
  • There are no shipping fees, destinations, or physical return procedures.

Free trial and billing

  • Monthly and Yearly plans can include a 7-day free trial.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically on the selected plan.
  • Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Cancellation policy

  • To cancel a subscription, contact billing@noticbar.com from the same billing email used for purchase.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • We generally do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in an active billing period unless required by law.

Refund policy

  • Refund requests can be sent to support@noticbar.com.
  • We review refunds case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or major technical issues that prevent core use.
  • We generally do not guarantee refunds for ordinary change-of-mind requests after paid access has started.

Security and payment information

  • Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout.
  • Card details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored on our website.
  • Our website and payment flow use HTTPS, and account purchase data is managed in access-controlled systems.
